Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear How did the sewing go yesterday ? Are your mask glittery, with fairies etc ?

I hope your shopping arrived without any more chaos.

I can see you sitting in your home/office today, with a proud feeling of achievement. A desk, hand made by you. I hope work from it today, is a good experience. Room to move and spread you work out.

I dug over my patch yesterday, it’s looking good. I’m keen now to get it planted, but I have to wait till frosts are behind us. Still a way off. I also did an online order, which is always a drama. The site keeps dropping out. I’ve mentioned it to Coles, but no reply. It’s the only place it happens, so it must be from their end. Anyway, done now.

Also partly painted a stone.

Leaving a coffee for when you wake. ☕️☕️💞💞

@NatureLover @Zoe7 @Former-Member @Appleblossom @Sans911 @outlander @Gazza75 and anyone passing. 👋👋💞💞☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

Morning @Maggie and hi to all 👋

Big and I played patterns yesterday, trying to see which one works best so no masks yet but hopefully later tonight. We have some outrageously awesome fabric, yes 😁

I had issues with our order again too. It hadn't been processed or put through the system. All fixed later but not without some pushing from me. I hope the drop outs you get don't lose your order. It's not super easy to online groceries as it is :face_with_rolling_eyes:

I can imagine how keen you'd be to plant now, after all the time and work into the patch. How fun!

How's your day looking today?

Re: Taking the plunge

I didn’t think for one moment you would have plain mask material @CheerBear 👍👍

I’ve had order issues since the virus began @CheerBear . What should take minutes, takes hours. I had items missing, so kept checking. 3 were missing from my last delivery, so they have some problems to iron out. Even getting credit took 3 phone calls. That was from being charged for things that weren’t in my order. Frustrating. But I do appreciate the service.

It was fun yesterday @CheerBear. The weather was perfect.

Today I will do some much needed cleaning. Cleaning help back next week.

Are you ready for the desk today?

Re: Taking the plunge

Morning @Former-Member 🐛🐞❤

I too am thankful for the service and for being able to order online and not need to go to germy, busy shops @Maggie, but yes it is frustrating sometimes.

Glad it was fun yesterday. Perfect weather sounds beautiful. It rained here and was on and off grey then sunny. All our chalk has washed away but we'll do it again once the sun comes out.

Yesterday they announced school going back to remote learning. Big, but not unexpected, blow. The numbers were a blow again. It really does feel huge and hard to imagine getting back under control now. Middle now has my desk and they handed theirs down to Little, so at least everyone here has a little more space to call their own. I think that will help with home school for us and I feel fortunate to have it as so many don't. Middle is stoked as my old desk is huge. It has drawers, shelves, a hutch etc. They spend all day with paintbrushes and markers, and are so happy to have space for it all. It makes me happy to see 🙂

I am looking forward to a shift in my very tidy room with my shiny new workspace. Tough at the moment for many and that comes through in the work we do with who we do it with. Good to be able to help.

How are you travelling this morning? Maybe a silly question.

Re: Taking the plunge

Deep inside I’m sad and questioning everything about myself @CheerBear. Why does everyone else fit in, but not me. My ‘ bad’ feels out of control, and my emotions are everywhere. But working it through has positions, the garden is dug, I get silly trying to be possible @CheerBear sorry, i’m Angry, but unsure if it’s justified. Basically, very unsure and unstable. I hope I don’t lose it with the wrong person. I told counsellor on Friday she only cared because it was her job. Oh gosh, she says she’s strong enough. I hope so. 😢😢 Thank you for asking. I get so guilty talking about me. It feels wrong. Sigh.

I’ve been doing some reading about disorganised attachment, abandonment etc. Hard when you see yourself on the pages.

I pictured some very happy Crew members @CheerBear . It doesn’t really take much does it. 👍👍💞💞Yes, I’m watching numbers climb. We are all only one person away from it all. No one knows when or where. Back to the work and home schooling. Big 💞💞💞

Yes, so tough out there, and we don’t really know, so much of the behind closed door stuff. Big struggles going on.

I hope work from that shiney new desk is good today little Bear. You are a special one. Don’t forget test.💞💞💞

I know you have heaps to organise, so Sending 💞💞💞and☕️☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

Thank you for sharing you @Maggie. I really hugely appreciate that you do. I know it's hard to be open, to share, to trust, and I know the world sends you lots of messages not to. So much respect for that and for you.

Your anger, as all of the everywhere emotions, is justified. It's OK to be angry. It feels like a battle to keep it in check though and to stop it from firing out where and when it is unhelpful. I understand that one well.

Attachment stuff can be a big ouchies for me too. I've had to face a lot of it with work and it feels hard hitting sometimes. There's anger there too, and loss and sadness. I imagine that's bubbling under the surface for you too.

Thank you for your super kind words Maggie, and for caring. It makes a big difference to a little Bear 😉😊

It's that time of the day. I'll start by hunting for our kitchen. It's hiding somewhere under lentil burgers and butterscotch pudding dishes, which are somewhere under fabric, an iron that is only used for craft, and paint 😆

Mega love. Thank you for being you ❤🌈
