Re: Taking the plunge

I meant to ask earlier @Former-Member
If you're ok?
Sorry to read that you're hurting.
Did you want to chat about what happened?
💜💕

Hope everyone is ok tonight.
My girl is home and I'm looking forward to bed.
💗💟

Re: Taking the plunge

@Shaz51 How are you?

@Former-Member I'm guessing lots of talking in your home last night, and smiles and by the sound of the shopping cart...lots of food.. Enjoy your treasure.

@Former-MemberIf you are anything like me, when the chocolate comes out....things are tough. Sorry you are on a rough ride, thinking of you.

@TAB Sending kind thoughts.

@Former-MemberYou are probably very busy atm, so just a short note to say hi and thinking of you.

@Former-Member Haven't seen you round so things are tough. Here with you. I read a very interest chapter last night on narcisstic personalities. You probably already know what I'm going to write, but if you are like me, you don't. Brene Brown writes that narcisstic personalities are actually covering shame...shame of NOT being good enough. Just a brief outline that opened my eyes.

Re: Taking the plunge

Hi @Maggie, with a friendly wave to @Former-Member @TAB @Former-Member @Shaz51.

Rain ... fantastic. I'm happy for you, and the rest of the Taswegians.

Mmm, very interesting what you say about narcissists. So it all comes down to them having an inferiority complex then? It could well be the case, or at least one of the underlying things at any rate.

I hope you now get some cooler weather. With a hug for you, and a gentle pat for Maggie-May.

Sherry xx

Re: Taking the plunge

Ouch @TAB, thats hot! Not my idea of fun at all. Give me @Maggie's rain instead. Unfortunately we dont have any rain predicted where I am. But the temps over the next week is meant to be 27-28C. Not too bad, compared to your 37C.

Hi @Faith-and-Hope.
