Maybe a couch day @Maggie, but I'd be really disappointed to not get in to my gig 🙁 I'll let some pain relief work and have a shower and see from there. It's so annoying (and then some). I'm looking forward to seeing my Dr on Friday.
Big is away only until tomorrow night, so not long.
That's a lovely time for a walk if it isn't raining and while the morning is on its way to becoming lighter. Catching a beautiful sunrise is one of those awesome things I think. I wonder what the sky will look like in a hour this morning. I can see a very bright and big moon here through the clouds. I have a feeling the sky will be very colourful shortly.
Any idea how you'll spend the rest of your day after the meeting?

One more big night for Big. There will be lots to talk about.
Its still very dark here. Muggy. The light comes in fast from now on.
There were so many runners out yesterday at that early hour. Hope they didn’t miss the sky view. 👀👀
I might spent a bit of time in the garden today. I’m trying to get it ready to plant some Vegetables. It’s all cardboard boxes atm. That helps out with the digging. 👍👍👍
Hope to hear from counsellor today. Ugh.

It's muggy here too which is strange. It's been such an odd summer as far as the weather goes. Makes for some interesting skies 🙂
Clever with the boxes. I'm thinking that keeps the moisture in which is what might help with the digging? So nice you have that little patch of your own green 😊

I'm about to do my nails then head to the shower with crossed fingers the heat helps enough to get me up and dressed at least I'm in such a funk 😑

Good morning @CheerBear @Maggie @Former-Member @Zoe7 and anyone else around here today. Today's the big day! Really looking forward to the resort for the first 3 days. An old friend I haven't been with in person for nearly 20 years will share my room plus another close friend is having her 60th birthday and there are 15 of her friends coming to stay there too. Hoping it's as special a time as it feels like it might be. With the one sharing my room we regularly speak on the phone for 2 hours or more so I can see some loooong raves happening.
Will be thinking of you all while I'm away and hope that what ever's challenging you gets easier soon. Here for a while this morning but notifications off already.

I'm not going in to my gig today. I'm feeling too rubbish. Sad about it and trying not to catastrophise (this is why I can't so any of this, if I can't even do this little amount how will I ever do more, everything sucks and I suck etc. - but failing a bit there 😏). I'll drag myself out to the shop for a quick trip to get soccer essentials (shin guards) so I don't feel like it's an absolute waste of a day, then spend the day having a pity party probably 😑
Hope the morning has been OK or had some OK for all so far.

Was absent for a while @Maggie .... two baby dragons were awake early and both seeking support - one in this living space and one In the other .....
D3 has a back injury, more an inflammation, and is somewhat immobile. We had this issue while travelling, so it's a major flare-up if you like ..... no doubt exacerbated by the way we have found things here, and a recent wonky-as altercation with wh. Sat with her for a bit over hot chocolate, now she's back off to sleep.
Other one hasn't slept at all, and asked me to swing past after an appointment I have today .... and he is off to sleep now too, hopefully .... 🤞. Anxiety running high in both of them.
D2 returning from visits, brimming with news I don't want to hear ..... but we have spent years encouraging her to be more verbal ..... so I am bracing myself for the day out with her, and raising distractions as a way of curbing the recount of yesterday ..... 😔
Your morning walk to the meeting place sounds peaceful and lovely @Maggie ...., and for garden-hearted people there is nothing much more joyful than tilling earth ..... will be living those moments vicariously with you today m'dear ..... thanks so much for the visual image you have gifted us around that 😏💕 .... will look forward to hearing more about it in the afterwards ......
