Re: Taking the plunge
It means alot to me.
❤💙💚💛💜💗💟💕
I'm so incredibly tired all the time.
Still hiding at home, since Friday.
No improvement yet
I'm supposed to be going forward, not backwards. 😢
Sorry I'm not good company.
Thinking of you all. 🌷🌺🌸🌹🌼🌻
Coffee looks good for the morning CheerBear, thanks 😙
D is still away.
It's so quiet here at home, but I'm scared to go out.

Re: Taking the plunge
Hi @Former-Member. I know what you mean about always being tired. I also understand when you say you are hiding at home, because I too have been doing that. Just reassure yourself that there will be improvement, that you are making progress. You are moving forward, even if it is only in very small steps. You may not feel it, but those little steps are there. I just found this quote and thought it may mean something to you. I hope you like it.
- @Maggie, its a beautiful crystal clear night here right now, and Holly and I have just been out looking at the night sky. Many bright shining stars out there right now, and it made me think of you. You being one of the very brightest stars. I've missed you lately, and hope you feel better soon.
- Goodnight to all of you @Former-Member @Maggie @Former-Member @Sans911 @CheerBear, and I hope you sleep well.Kindest thoughts.Sherry

Re: Taking the plunge
I definitely can't stay where I am. D keeps me going, otherwise I'd give up.
I haven't been able to walk or exercise, because of my toe.
Now it's alot better, but have zero motivation or energy.
Thanks for understanding.
Nighty night 💜💕

Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member@Former-Member@Former-Member@Sans911@CheerBear It is so lovely sitting here reading your comforting words. It's been going off another med because my BP was so low. I haven't been able to do anything, just walking was too hard. Yesterday my BP came up a bit and I got some things done that needed doing. That along with the internal critic becomes a battle I can't fight, so I just sat and agreed!!!! I can hear the struggle in all your own words, that and understanding that comes through experience. I think of you when I'm not here but I'm afraid of pulling you into my deep dark pit, and of course the critic tells me no one wants to hear anyway. This morning I'm trying to silence the voice just for a minute or maybe two. But it's you that silence the voice really, because you care and I deeply appreciate that more than words can express. And we are in a heat wave here in tassie, everyone is complaining as we have no relief, not usual for us, though we do get cool nights, I'm greatful for that.
@Former-Member I can imagine the uncomfortable quiet while D is away, along with worry. Take care as best you can.❤️
@Former-Member I know life for you is painful, difficult unbearable.💖
@Former-Member If you are up to sharing your x stitch, would love to have a peak. I don't know if you are through the past battle, you like @Former-Member have huge battles daily.💕
@Sans911 I read somewhere you were in hospital, I hope you are being cared for, you deserve care. If you are home, please take care.💗
@CheerBear Yum, I can't make up my mind, I always have this problem with choices, lol. I'll have a sip from them all and be a piglet.
@Former-Member not sure how you are but hope you are still getting out a bit.❣
@Faith and hope💕💕

Re: Taking the plunge
Hi @Maggie. Thanks so much for your post. Please be assured that we always want to hear from you. Never be afraid to come here and express yourself through words and pictures. I'm glad you know we all care, because we do. I hope that heat wave of yours eases off a bit soon.
Busy day for me today, hubby has his first anti-cancer treatment. A 4-hour IV infusion in the oncology ward of our local hospital.
Oh and I was proud of myself yesterday, because I rang and booked an appointment with my psych. Unfortunately I have to wait 3 weeks to get in to see her. She is always very booked up and hard to get in to see. I think if I spoke to her personally she would get me in earlier, but I didnt want to do that, so went through her office instead. I dont want special treatment. Although 3 weeks seems a very long time away.
Have a good day everyone, I will be thinking of you all while I wait with hubby at hospital. @Former-Member @Former-Member @Sans911 @CheerBear @Maggie. I will try to catch up with everyone later.

Re: Taking the plunge
And youbtoo @Former-Member 💜
I worry about writing my negative whinges too. Often want to delete them, because I feel embarrassed, that no one wants to read my complaints. So I understand what you mean Maggie.
Thinking of you at the hospital Sherry 💕
I'm going to try and sleep more. Not sleeping well at all. Plus can't see type properly.
Take care. 💕

Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member I'm guessing you will be by hubbys side while he has his treatment. That's a long time for you to be waiting around a hospital. Sitting with you. If you want us to sit while you wait and have your phone, we will message you if it helps, though I remember you saying you have an old phone, if I remember well. Anyway with you in spirit. I'm proud of you too for booking your app. A little self care coming back into your life. I understand not wanting special treatment, though I suspect your psych would see you sooner had she known. My counsellor returns next Friday, Yey for both of us.
@Former-Member I hope you get some rest even though sleep is difficult. Hiding under the blankets is all we can do sometimes, and it's good to do. If you want to say how you are feeling, it's ok with me, we can probably go blow for blow with the negatives. I don't see you down here in the pit, but it's pretty dark so understandable.
