Re: Taking the plunge

Thanks for the update @Former-Member. I would have been really annoyed if my husband hadn't driven too! It's so dangerous to drive when you're very tired.

I hope that you've been able to rest today x💚💜

Re: Taking the plunge

Morning everyone

Leaving you an early morning coffee @Maggie and anyone who'd like one ☕

Thinking of you this morning, wondering how the fundraiser went @Maggie? Sending all the bits crossed it was OK or better.

I'm up and about to head home to do the school run and see the kids. It's been a week tomorrow since I've seen them. I'm anxious and excited. Busting to see them but knowing it could be really hard and intense and then hard to leave them. And hard to do the normal school mum thing for a bit this morning. Building myself up to get home for good and sib needs to get to work early today so this might work.

Sending lotsa ❤. Reading via tag emails. I don't like being away from anywhere for long so staying in touch a bit helps, even if I'm still not at the 'replying all the time' stage.

Big breaths as I hop in the car

🦄

Oh @CheerBear thats a very big one today. There will be so many feeling hitting at each other. Happy/sad. Right there in your pocket, not far away. Just a squeeze, not too hard thought.

Fundraiser was successful but quiet. Lots of my art sold.😛😛😛. Tired, nothing new there though eh.

☕️☕️☕️💙💙💙💙

@Former-Member I smiled reading where your dad wanted his DP placed. I thought it might be a treasure for him. He will think of you every time he looks at Marilyn. 👍👍👍 I’m glad his infection is easing, sounds like a very bad one. Yes, he would miss your mum more than words could say. Life is a struggle.

Good your other dps were gratefully received. I didn’t doubt it for a moment. 💙💙💙

It was really good reading about your brother also. Club person of the year is quite an achievement, and after all he has gone through, even more so.

As for hubby and his selfishness, best not to put my thoughts out there. You are one amazing lady. 💚💚💚💚

Yes, it was my art work and donations from many others at the fundraiser yesterday. Not as good as expected, but not bad either. It’s done now.

I hope today has some good in it for you.

Re: Taking the plunge

@Gazza75 your early thoughts yesterday were much appreciated Thankyou. 💙💙💙

Monday, so I’m guessing it’s back to work for you today?

I hope your weekend at the farm was relaxing, though guessing smoke could be an issue. I hope it was ok ish.

We are heading for 29 today. A really hot one for us, so inside stuff I think.

I made my first stone yesterday @Gazza75 , taking it out of the mould soon.

Did you get the right clay? Looking forward to some pics.

Sending 💜💜 and ☕️☕️☕️☕️

@outlander Thanks for your thoughts yesterday. 💙💙 Breathing had its moments, but I remembered. It went well, or as well as can be expected.

I know it’s tough going for you atm. Any more sales on fb?

Did you see a dr about the pain you are having? I haven’t caught up over on your thread yet. Could be a slow ish day here.

Sending 💜💜💜💜☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

@eth Thankyou for your thoughts, always welcome.

@Molliex 👋👋👋👋👋💙💙💙💙💙☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

Waiting at home now for my babies to wake up 😊 Sitting on the step with a coffee posting here - it feels normal so far, in a very nice way ❤ House is trashed which made me smile. Sib and those helping out getting a reality smashing about what it takes to do what I and many parents/solo parents do. Maybe not the worst thing.

I'm so glad you sold lots of your art @Maggie. It's so, so beautiful and those who bought it are lucky to have a piece with them.

Thanks for being here, not far away. I'm super lucky to have that/you/all/the forum.

Going to nudge them and pack lunches. Probably the most I've ever looked forward to that one 😉 Squeeee - CheerBear is on her way back to human!

Oooooodles of it all ❤🐱🐶🌳🌻💐❤☕💜

Welcome back @CheerBear or coming back.👍👍👍

I’m imagining happy faces, hugs, questions.

Morning @Maggie @CheerBear @outlander @eth @Former-Member and anyone else passing by.

Well done on selling your art Maggie 🎨 I'm not very familiar with what medium or subject you work with.

Good luck for your morning Cheer Bear. It must be lovely to see your family. Be kind to yourself.

Sherry, eth, and outlander, I am sending hugs and kindness your way, and hoping for a gentle day ahead.
