Re: Taking the plunge

Morning 😊

I've been tossing and turning wanting more sleep but am calling it and getting up @Maggie. No point in making myself more frustrated 😏 My first with your second sounds great!

How are you going this morning? And how was your yesterday?

Re: Taking the plunge

Tossing and turning says a lot @CheerBear 💜💕

Hows today looking?

My yesterday turned upside down and then some. My lease is up here. The manage said I can go fortnight to fortnight. A few mths ago he said I couldn’t, so, tongue in cheek thing.

My mind went 200mph and then some. Ending up imploding panic.

I eventually rang my counsellor and I’m surfing now, hope I don’t lose my board. 😩😩

Anythings possible.

Re: Taking the plunge

Oh far out @Maggie. My chest felt the pang of all that when I read it. Why would he say that if he said the opposite a couple of months ago?

Feeling the feels there, getting how much something like can turn a day upside down and then some and cause all kinds of panic, implode stuff 🙁 Imgaining counsellor was helpful, hopefully?

Big clean up, organise house kind of day plus groceries etc. for me today. We have people staying tonight for a special thing at school tomorrow and the house needs to be more people friendly. How about you? Surfing and holding on tight to the board?

Re: Taking the plunge

Oh no @CheerBear not more house cleaning. 😩😩😩😩 Is having people stay ok ish with you and LF? Personally I would go into overdrive. Are they hot/warm enough. Do they need a drink. Do they do do do. Got the picture. I felt a little panic for you, but you might enjoy company and feel the opposite, I hope so.

Not sure about the manager stuff, but nothing I can do either.

I can say all the scary words to my counsellor and she doesn’t panic. Yea, holding the board and surfing today.

Was yesterday ok enough for you.? It was a big one, with lots in it for everyone. You don’t need to talk about it if it’s too hard, just letting you know I’m hearing you and some of your big stuff also.

Second ☕️ Might need a chaser, it’s one of those days. ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️💕💕

Re: Taking the plunge

I forgot to buy milk last night @Maggie and have to sit with one until I can get to the shop 😑 This is bad 😖

I don't get why he said that to you. I feel mad for you that you're in the situation you are. It just sucks so much 😔

This company is good for others. The special day is a grandparent thing so they're making a monstrous effort to come knowing there won't be a lot of them left. All I can think of are trip hazards, a bed and bedroom that needs fresh sheets and space for all the things, moving stuff around for a puppy and to lock up the cats, what to do for dinner, how to make the tiny place OK for everyone... Feelings etc. including feeling bad for only thinking of those things. You hit the nail there with overdrive.

Yesterday was OK enough thanks. They were really not well, emotionally or physically and it was packed full of place to place and person to person in the hospital but I do ok when I need to keep it together which I did. I organised stuff, ran around the hospital, remembered med stuff, advice from specialists, calmly drove in crackers traffic... I think I have a good 'action mode' and work best with practical stuff maybe. The time we have had doing this together, even in the really not well, is precious and I'm thankful for.

Thank you for hearing me ❤

Re: Taking the plunge

I get the part where the time you have is precious, and being thankful for that. Big 💜💜💜 to you.

Also the fresh sheets, moving stuff, locking up cats and then some. Life sure does suck, in so many different ways.

I hope tonight is memorable for you all. Humongous efforts from all sides are happening.

Really feel the big feels. 💕💕💕

NO MILK @CheerBear OMG. Worse than I thought. 😖😖😖

Is the shop open yet? And are you looking super super feral? 😩😩😻😻

Re: Taking the plunge

We always manage to laugh a good proper laugh, usually about something super inappropriate to laugh about @Maggie . He said he loved that about our trips and so do I. I like the real of it all. Being able to talk in ways we've never talked. Repairing the relationship and learning more about him. I'm incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to do this.

Bah. Feels. Where's my practical to-do stuff 😉😆 I'll take that over the feels any day 😝

Thanks heaps. I'm with you with your big feels too, so much looking for a wand 😔❤

I big laughed at the super super feral. Absolutely yes. I'll head to the servo soon, in pjs, full bananas hair, bra-less and very feral, in time for tradie o'clock there. Care factor zero 😆

Looking forward to your pic. This is mine

I better run. I hope there is some calm, some colour or some good in your day. Or all of them (but that might be a stretch!).

👋☕❤
