I've tried so many doctors.
Haven't found a good one.
I've had to resesrch and tell them what's wrong and what I need.
Most have been hopeless

I remember you writing that church people never asked if you were ok. That really sucks.

I was very involved in church for many years. Reception /office Youth secretary etc etc etc
Had a breakdown
They can't handle it.
They seem to just want to help people who aren't in church, to get them to join.
I'm over it.
I haven't been for years and doubt I ever will.
Long story.
Was always there for them, helping, listening

Yea @Former-Member me too, the church thing, I'm over it to. Still trying to find my way back to the god my 7yr old loved so dearly. I think she had something then I need now but can't find. I'm panicky about app. This afternoon, pacing etc. might make a coffee. I have to go off line soon and get ready, I've been in and out to the garden all morning. I'll be thinking of you in between pacing etc. you take care, try to do something nice for you, here's another squirt of my perfume!!!!! Talk later if you are up to it.😰🙃😰🙃
