@Shaz51 @Former-Member @Former-Member @Gazza75 @Zoe7 @CheerBear @Faith-and-Hope @outlander Sorry for the quiet spell. I seem to be having a RA spike everywhere, especially my spine atm. Too painful to breath sometimes. I will catch up once it eases, for now tea and coffee all round. And of course lots of these. 💕💜💕💜💕☕️☕️☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

Dear @Maggie

Sorry to hear that your RA has taken a spike. It does tend to flare up worse when under a lot of stress or anxiety. Your housing situation and not having your usual counsellor would be contributing to that I have no doubt. It sounds particularly bad with it being in your spine like it is. Sometimes its hard enough to breath, without the worry of it being accompanied by pain. So sorry .... 😢🌹 Anyway ... I always enjoy our catchups when they occur. Would love to share a coffee with you now if you're still around. I have my pot of tea all topped up and ready for a long sitting. Bring little Mags, I have Holly here on my lap. Also sending you heaps of love and well wishes.

Sherry 💕💕💕

Re: Taking the plunge

Big smile here now @Former-Member thanks. Managed a shower earlier, OMG the blessings of hot water on aching bones. 😍😍😁😁 Yes I’m guessing it’s the stress and uncertainty of the situation. But the political is following up after a short, not so sweet email to him for ignoring my last email. I guess when things get this out of our control we find that trembling voice deep down we never thought was there.
