Re: Taking the plunge

Dipping my toe in the water @CheerBear . My avoidance mask slipped a little and reality looked too scary. But my FINE is a FINE ART, so I’ll just plod on. 😫😫

Oh 🙁 That sounds big @Maggie. Lots of feels reading.

I hear you. If you'd like an ear (some eyes) I'm listening, but I'm also respecting that sometimes quiet sitting is the thing 🌸

Re: Taking the plunge

Yes @CheerBear the quiet sitting I think. Out of words with it all.

Do you have anything planned for today.?.? Painting or painting or 😁😁

Re: Taking the plunge

Quiet sitting is good 🙂 @Maggie

Haha with the painting or painting 😁 I have an annoying appointment today with a social worker. I'm annoyed because I don't think it's going to be helpful and I think it would be better to have a day with nothing. I should be doing goal setting with her but my brain fizzles with that right now (it drives should badly!) so I have no idea what we'll do 😏 Painting would be better definitely.

How about you? What colours of paint are around the cave today? 😊

Re: Taking the plunge

Ugh for the tricky meeting @CheerBear . Any way of getting out of it?. My social worker suggests a coffee on those fizzled ( should ) days, we have lots of coffee 😁😁☕️☕️☕️☕️

As for colour, I tried some peacock colours yesterday. Green, gold, blue. Unfortunately my punk isn’t the right shade, and my mixing colours isn’t working well at all. I just looked at my bedside table......painted stones, coasters everywhere. Some clearing today, room for more.

Re: Taking the plunge

Your social worker sounds like a good one who knows the way through life @Maggie 😁☕😊 Is this the one who is away at the moment? How are you doing without her (if I remembered correctly)?

There's no OK way of getting out of this today as it's an NDIS thing and they don't like cancellations. That's why it's also a goals thing as the NDIS is all goals, goals and more goals. I'm looking at the house which looks like a massive mess and I'm filled with dread at the idea of racing around cleaning up this morning so I can at least appear to have my stuff together when someone comes over to help me because I don't have it together, only to tell me I have it together because it looks like I do on the surface. Muddle (of my own doing 😑) and ranting, sorry.

The peacock dot works I've seen are beautiful. I find it tricky to find the right shades of colours and to mix enough for what I need without it being more than I need. Love that you have stones and coasters and paints around ❤ I have canvas, stones and paints, and hands with specks of colours on them 😁😊 I feel a bit like an artist 😆

Dropping off a coffee for everyone waking up and heading out to school, work, looking at fridges, or quietly sitting. Sending kind thoughts and these 💜💕💜 @CheerBear @outlander @Former-Member @Former-Member @Gazza75 @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear 😁😁 I used to have someone help me with cleaning, but I would race around and do it all before she arrived. 😂😂😁 yep, everything’s Fine...NOT.

NDIS is a nightmare from what I’ve heard. I hope you can go gently. 💕☕️☕️

Yes, this is the SW who’s away atm. She’s the only person who’s manages my muddles and makes sense out of them. Yea for great minds, and muddles to make them greater.
