Drinking. I mean. I so stupid. I’m not supposed to drink. Going to visit the nursing home is so hard @Shaz51

I want to help people so much. But I’m a mess. It breaks my heart to see everyone at the nursing home. But it somehow helps me to feel like I’m helping someone. @Shaz51

Sorry if I’m being a nuisance. I don’t know who to talk to. My heart is broken. With D. And everything. I know a good purpose in life is helping others. And I go to the nursing home and feel broken. What do I do. I used to work in children’s services etc and I know what it’s like in life. I want to cope so I can help other. But I feel useless
