Good night @Gazza75 @Maggie

You'e had a great couple of days for your fave footy teams @Zoe7 , very satisfying I expect. Big win by Bris too. Eels should have won by more than they did. Their goal kicker was off target.

@Former-Member Yes thanks, I am okay. How about you, are you still feeling needy? Great to see you receiving the support you need this arvo and evening. How's D going now?

Hi @Shaz51 Sorry to read that you and Mr Shaz are both suffering sore backs after todays work efforts. You work so hard, you poor thing. Certainly not ideal when you have scoliosis. Hope you can rest up for the rest of the weekend.

Can you eat something little @Former-Member Even some toast or some dry biscuits - just a little something to keep you going. I didn't have dinner either - tummy has settled but not taking the chance tonight.

Re: Taking the plunge

Looks like both the Lions and Eels will play finals this year @Former-Member so I am a pretty happy little butterfly this weekend It is particularly impressive that my Lions are doing so well - never expected that this year but they keep on playing well. I honestly do not expect them to go deep into the finals but we seem to have gone under the radar all year despit our form.

How are you going tonght on your own Hon?

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member 💕

Yes @Zoe7 the Lions have indeed been a bit of a surprise packet this year. I hope they can go on with it.

My Swans will not be in the finals this year sadly. Bit of a rebuilding year for them. Many injuries to senior players, so have blooded about 6 rookies this year. And do have the youngest list of all teams. At the start of the season, I did an end of season ladder, and had Swans finishing 11th. I think they will be finishing lower than that, but taking into account injuries to their best players, I think they've done okay.

At least I know my Raiders are assured a spot in the finals series.

I am trying to stay distracted this evening. Watching the Rugby currently, Bledisloe between NZ and Aust. Aust currently in front and looking good.

I had something to eat earlier. Something I need to remind myself to do when hubby not here.

Im hoping to see the end of Rugby, then head off to bed. May not sleep, but at least its warm and comfy there.

Someone mentioned electric blankets earlier @Maggie @Former-Member ? I've never had an electric blanket, but we used to have hot water bottles when I was younger. Now though, if I want to luxuriate in warmth, I use a wheat bag 10 mins before bed. Nice and comforting to climb into. Added benefit of using it on sore back, neck and shoulders once in bed.

Re: Taking the plunge

Your Raiders are a bit of the sleeping lions this year @Former-Member Gone under the radar a bit too but doing really well. So glad they will play finals too for you.

I agree with your Swannies - too many injuries have really made it diffivult for your team to field a consistent side - and they do have a super young list so plenty to improve on next year.

I'm watching the Bulldogs desimate Essendon

Glad you have eaten Hon. Snuggle up with that little cutie of yours tonight and give her lots of cuddles. I loved hearing how she snuggles under the covers and pokes her head out onto the pillow next to you - adorable.

@Zoe7 🐶👍💗

Looks like Wallabies have this test match wrapped up with 5 mins to go. Might head off to bed now. So tired .. logic tells me I should sleep.

Nite all 😴💜🌜🎶💤
