@Former-Member pretty normal for 40 something years.. My brother broke his neck last year and paralysed himself. I felt his wife didn't help him enough I was a wreck., couldnt. Sleep. And got manic. I got involuntary admitted to. Mental health unit. I was diagnosed Bipolar 2, have. Big issues now with my weight, depression. Still, have. Most of my health and life so can't complain to much.

@Former-Member I’m watching the royals on tv. I’ve seen it all before, numerous times.

Are you watching anything ?

@Gazza75 That’s a rough trot. Your brother, your health. I know meds cause a lot of weight gain, it’s a huge issue. You come across as coping ok, but sometimes it’s not always the case. Always good bumping into you around the forum.

Re: Taking the plunge

Thanks @Maggie, am coping except the weight. Struggling to stay motivated at work lately though. Weight is a big issue for a lot of us, not so much for the. Medical professionals it. Seems.

It's always nice to see you around to Maggie

So lovely to see all the support here for each other @Former-Member @Maggie @Former-Member @Shaz51 @Gazza75 @eth

@Former-Member Have been watching the footy and taken time out to do so but here for you again now Hon. You have had a lovely chat with Sherry and Maggie earlier and some wonderful people coming on board this evening - that is because you matter so much to us and everyone is here supporting you tonight - that means something Hon because you mean something to us. Sending you the usual love and an extra big hug tonight

@Former-Member In answer to your earlier question - yes I have meds I take for my IBS but sometimes it still flares up - nowhere near the pain I would have without meds though.

Botmy teams won today and Liverpool last night so it has been a great sport weekend for me

Re: Taking the plunge

Thanks @Former-Member, brother is very selfish and ruined his life. My parents didn't deserve all the heartache especially my mum. That's life though, you never know what is going to happen
