Re: Taking the plunge
Sorry for late reply @Zoe7 I had to go out. Just home now. Huge day out unexpectedly. Big driving lesson for D. Never thought I’d get out of the house today. I guess getting driving hours up motivates me.
I hope you had more energy after your nap, if not, there’s always hope of a better day tomorrow.

Re: Taking the plunge
It is great that you got out of the house @Former-Member and good that you had another driving lesson with D.How is she doing today?
I have slept most of the day. Have psych in the morning so need to be out of the house myself tomorrow. Hoping also that it gives me a bit more motivation for when I get home to get stuck into the work around the home again. That I suppose will depend on what we discuss tomorrow - there are some things I need to talk about so it could be a harder session than usual. I will see how I am feeling after the appointment - might need to do some things for myself afterwards.

@Zoe7
I hope your psych appointment goes well.
And I hope you have energy to do things you need to afterwards.
Hopefully your sleep will be better tonight. 😴

Re: Taking the plunge
I feel for you and your D @Former-Member I understand that getting tired easily - I had many years of that but 2 years where I could barely function because of lethary and it does make you vulnerable when you want to achieve things.
I hope my sleep improves tonight - already had meds so waiting for them to work. It is quite muggy tonight so might be a bit harder to get to sleep but hoping meds help with that sooner rather than later.
