Yes, it goes over and over in my head and was furious about the situation.

Still not sorted.

Slept a little.

Woke feeling as if I’m in a nightmare.

Hope you’re ok @Maggie

Re: Taking the plunge

I'm going out for a drive with the dogs and a kind of friend @Former-Member . We might walk in a park or something, it all helps just a little. I read on rough times thread how stressful you find going to appointments, I'm the same, I can't even drive because of stress, but better for everyone else on the road. My counsellor visits me at home, she's a social worker. Would that be an option for you???? Hope your day improves a little.

Re: Taking the plunge

That’s lovely you’re able to go out today @Maggie

I have so much going on in my mind, that I don’t think I could add looking for a social worker to visit at home. But it’s a good thought. Thanks.

Just found another unexpected letter in the mail yesterday. Re D. I can’t even tell her. I need to look into it tomorrow. Really dreading it. As it’s so difficult to get hold of the specialist.

Re: Taking the plunge

Hoping for a little relief for you @Former-Member, and that the letter gets dealt with. I don't think Drs and specialist realise the anxiety people experience with appointments.

Yes looking for a support person is far too much at the moment, I wish one would find you. It would be nice wouldn't it.

Had coffee at Bunnings. Beautiful weather, but cold, snow somewhere, but not visible yet.

Warm thought @Former-Member💜💕💛🕷🐛🐞🐝🐜

Re: Taking the plunge

That’s a huge step for you @Maggie Having coffee out. 👍☕️ I remember you saying ages ago that you weren’t up to having coffee out. That’s a big step for you. Did you have anything yummy with it, cake or something?

Snow 😮 sounds freezing. I haven’t seen snow for years. Keep warm.

💜💖💜💖

I’ve been home all day. Not up to facing the world.

Re: Taking the plunge

Yes @Former-Member it is a huge step. It's strang, but Bunnings is one of the few places I can shop in. Large isles, and not toooo many people. I've been a few times now with my counsellor. As long as I can take it slow.

Yes I had a small piece of passionfruit cheesecake. It was yum as I rarely eat sweet stuff apart from chocolate that is.

Do you find being home all day hard, or is it a break from all the rushing around??? I hope you've had a little rest.

Im ready for House Rules. Have you been watching? Can't wait to see what they've done with the house.

I hope you get some sleep tonight @Former-Member. Take care.

Re: Taking the plunge

I mostly feel more depressed staying home. Feel stressed going out. Hmm! What do I do?

Im going to watch House Rules too.

I find shopping stressful in Bunnings. Never go there. I get stressed shopping anywhere. 😮

Getting chilly here.

@Maggie
