@Former-Member Yes, some feel good moments. We walked around the new Silo Hotel. The old grain silos have been converted into a hotel. We only looked from outside, but really well done. It's the tallest building in the city, looks over the river, best view in town apparently.

One day we will go inside for a coffee. We don't have the towering buildings other cities have, pretty flat but quaint I think.

@Former-Member Can't remember if I ate yesterday or not. Furbaby eats " my dog " chicken, chicken supreme, and kangaroo. Sometimes raw chicken and often bones. She has a very good appetite for a tiny fur person, something I have to keep an eye on.

I think I will have to find a teapot for your early mornings, I think I remember you liking tea.

Anyway, your meal sounded delicious, hope hubby appreciates your efforts.

I have a heat pump that I have constantly going in the colder weather @Former-Member - it costs far less than any other heating but my power bill still rises a lot in winter. I also 'live' under a doona on the couch - which Toby loves to snuggle into as well - lots of warm clothes and my doona help to keep me warm when it is extra cold
