Today is a bad one. Numb and foggy. I think I've been running in adrenaline since Friday, high wired. Unfortunately, once I come down from the rush, I feel like I've been hit by a bus or two. The body seems to take over when under extreme tress, then, the aftermath. It's hard to see where I'm going or what I'm trying to achieve, but maybe its existing for now. Concentration is hopeless, so distractions like cross stitch reading are out.

Hugs @Maggie. I wrote a very similar post about running on adrenaline this morning. It's not sustainable and when the crash comes, it hits hard. Exhausting 🙁
