Hi @Former-Member That was a coincidence, I was out in the garden racking up leaves and pulling up a frosted pumpkin plant that spread for miles around my garden. I thought of you while I was there and decided I would visit your thread to see how you were doing, and here you are. That really was a nice suprise.

@Faith-and-Hope@Zoe7@Snowie@Shaz51 I'm rattling around the bottom ( I think ) of a pit, struggling to put words to what keeps happening and I keep falling. No conclusion. Life's just like that for some of us. If only I had a stop button for the negative flooding of thoughts, if only I didn't believe them. But I do believe them.

But Tassie has turned on a perfect autumn day. I decided today its my favourite season.

It is a nice day dowen this end of the state too but I still need to stay warm and look after myself. I feel a little better today but know it wouldn't take much for me to not feel so great again.

I know how hard it is to see any positives when you are in that mindset @Maggie - you just need to do what you can to get through and hope tomorrow is a little better - that is sometimes all we can do.

just thought i would jump on and say hi!

Kids went and spent the weekend with their dad so i went up the coast for the weekend.

Totally understand where you are coming from @Maggie with the whole thought process!

Yesterday Rod said to me while we where walking along the beach " your very quiet today" my reply was "trust me when i say its not very quiet in my head" so i guess that was why i was quiet on the outside. i often worry that one day it will all get to much for me and ill do something silly, lets just hope that day never comes.. I do also wish for an "off" button!

Tassie would be perfect this time of year? we r in northern NSW so it gets a little chilly but nothing compared to u! Tassie was on our list for honeymoon destnations, i have been told there is some really nice places to try diferent cheeses? Maybe one day we will get there..

I hope everyones sunday is treating them well?
