Re: Taking the plunge
Thanks for your care and support @Former-Member. You are a special lady. Crying every day is exhausting - I was like that when I had a breakdown 5 years ago. The flood gates would not shut down for a long time.
Glad to read that you went out today - distraction is a good thing I find. Being home for me too much can make me worse. Balance is good. Talking about distraction I will be doing a lot of that tonight (stitching, reading) to stop my mind from going into overdrive over my daughter. You are right - she will handle this now. All will work out. It has to.
I also understand your grief over your mother etc - I have lost some family members through estrangement. I understand also that sometimes this can't be avoided. Time helped me there. Sending a warm hug xx 😘

Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member What a beautiful pic that is. I would love to see a painting once you have finished. Do they only grow in warm areas???? I'm asking because I've made a garden area in my front, looking for permanent plants now. Might be a little big though. Hope you are travelling ok these days, or as well as can be expected.🙃🙃

Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member Sorry your daughter is receiving threats via Facebook, cowardly in my opinion. Good on her for going to the police. You don't need this atm, neither does she. You have both made such huge progress, not worth letting this get you down. Hopefully the police will sort it out and he will back off. Media is such a powerful way of communicating, positive or negative. I don't use it much, honestly I just don't understand it, people don't seem to talk anymore, as in using their mouth, just finger typing.
I hope you have a better day today.
@Former-Member@Former-Member Have you thought of putting your garden pics in the community garden????? More people get to see them.🙃🙃🙃🙃

Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member I blocked tears most of my life. Lived in the numb auto pilot zone. Once they started I thought they would never stop, and at times they don't. Exhausting to say the least. You have plenty to cry over. Thinking of you. Take care of you.💕💜

Re: Taking the plunge
Hi @Former-Member how are you today? I got sick last night so didn't hang around. It rained, which was a relief, but I woke up sicker. Bit fed up and it's only been a day. I might spend some time lounging around and reading. Hope your day goes well.
