@Former-Member you are so right. It's important to know someone is with you. That someone understands you and that you are not alone.
We are not meant to be solitary creatures. We need to belong to a tribe. Even a small tribe. And this forum can act as that community.

We are here to talk to if you need an ear @Catcakes. Sorry to read someone's mental health who is close to you is declining. Hard to watch alone....
@utopia - I am grateful for the forum also. Going through such alone is so hard....so nice to know others are out there whom we can talk to and know we are not alone in it. Hoping you are going along okay.
