the longest wait while being petrified

So on wednesday I went to see my gp about a skin spot I was finding to be quite suspicious and the news turned out to be not what I expected.
They want the spot surgically removed urgently as in tuesday unless others cancel and i can get in earlier. They want the whole thing and as it looks like its spreading already they want more than just the top taken off then if it comes back malignanat more tests to see how far its spread then removed those areas

the worrying part is i dont know how long its been there for and because ive noticed it change twice its a very bad sign. Unintentionally coming off her was fear. Fear from others makes me worse and she was sending off alot of that. She pointed out 2 other points that she noticed that are really not good and are often seen in skin cancers.

Im so scared and it seems like tuesday is taking forever to get here. Its really not easy to sit with and accept. Im bloody pertrified!

I must admit just recently I thought I may have cancer in my liver as a little cyst showed up in a scan & it took over a month to wait to have other tests & go see a Gastro Intestinal Surgeon when I got to see him I ended up walking out because he treated me so rudely. I decided to drink lots of herbal body cleansing teas. My GP sent me for the same tests & no cyst my liver is clear. I was at the time thinking very negative as I'm here with no emotional support. I had to deal with all sorts of emotions until I faced the fears head on because got aggressive not passive & would not accept defeat. Yet I just had to come to a cross road mentally no one could do it for me. I got sick of having anxiety attacks & being sicker than I had to be. You @outlander just need time to see your thoughts as either your friend or enemy at this time & make a choice that will be for your best. I know you can & will make the right choice when you feel its time to.

Yep tea does have caffeine in it, unless its decaffeinated @outlander 🙂

That wouldve been scary. I can imagine how your feeling.
Ok well i dodnt know thst looks like ill have to buy decaffinated or limit it to earlier in the day...

@outlander - my case has given me sleeping tablets which I've taken about 15mins ago. So I'm letting you know that I'm here with you as you get into bed. I know you're probably still very anxious, but you have so much support from me, @Former-Member @Former-Member and I'm sure there's others thinking about and aware of your situation. Put some nice sleepy music in your headphones and think about how much love, care and warmth you are surrounded by. Hugs and hugs
