the longest wait while being petrified

So on wednesday I went to see my gp about a skin spot I was finding to be quite suspicious and the news turned out to be not what I expected.
They want the spot surgically removed urgently as in tuesday unless others cancel and i can get in earlier. They want the whole thing and as it looks like its spreading already they want more than just the top taken off then if it comes back malignanat more tests to see how far its spread then removed those areas

the worrying part is i dont know how long its been there for and because ive noticed it change twice its a very bad sign. Unintentionally coming off her was fear. Fear from others makes me worse and she was sending off alot of that. She pointed out 2 other points that she noticed that are really not good and are often seen in skin cancers.

Im so scared and it seems like tuesday is taking forever to get here. Its really not easy to sit with and accept. Im bloody pertrified!

Remember how the emotions were suppressed earlier. Well they have decided to come out in complete full force teying to suffocate me and drowing me in well every emotion under the sun @Former-Member i was tired but im not tired now

Thats understandable @outlander that all those emotions that have been bottled up today are now coming out. Do you want to talk about those emotions, or we could talk about other things to try and take you rmind of them.

You need to be kind to yourself tonight @outlander. You have have such a big day and anyone would be affected by it. Please do not be hard on yourself. You have shown so much strength

Yeah everything is coming out. Why couldnt they stay suppressed i have been ok. Not anymore im not.
I have no idea how the heck im going to sleep at all. It was hard for now its even harder.

I err i dont really know @Former-Member i cant ignore them but i want to but i dont really know

Can you take some meds tonight to help with sleeping @outlander? Have you got some spare pillows that you can prop yourself up a bit so you are not laying flat.

I know you wanted them to stay supressed but I am not surprised they are coming out now. Can you let them just wave over the top of you.

What I do sometimes is I visualise in my brain a waterslide (I know it sounds funny). So when I have a feeling that is uncomfortable I put it at the top of the waterslide. I visualise it going down the slide and into a pool of water where is washes away. Its hard to do because you have to acknowledge the emotion and can take awhile to do but hey, anything is worth a try!

Ive taken all my meds that i can. I dont have stronger prns from hospital. I couldnt bring them with me. I wish! Mine just dont cut it but ive taken them none the less. .ive got pillows but i cant lay on my back or lean backwards now at all. The sutures are too fresh. The old ones before this took over 5 days to be able to sit uo and alighty pressure them by laying back on pillows im going to have to sleep up and on my left side. I think that's the only way.

Im trying to let them wash over but im having alot of trouble with them. Alot. I cant just sit with these and my strategies arent helping either.

Ahh sorry @outlander.

Mister 9 decided to throw up. Thank god he made it to the toilet.

I am hoping it was a one off and I'm not up tonight with him.

Why is this so hard just because emotions are suppressed dowsnt mean they havr to come back out in full force!!
