The Community Garden :)

The Community Garden :)

Being outside and enjoying the beautiful plants and flowers that are about is definitely something that's keeping me going at the moment, so I thought it might be nice to grow our own garden here where we can all enjoy it.

Please add any pictures, links, chats about anything you're enjoying in your garden, have found on a walk, wish you had in your garden etc. Or just enjoy wandering around 🙂

Join a seed swapping group on facebook @frog People all over the country share seeds with eachother which they can post to you in the mail.

I'm going to begin setting up a vegie patch myself once I can organise an upright garden bed. I also live with chronic fatigue so its hard trying to do anything. But thats on my to do list!

Re: The Community Garden :)

Hi everyone,

@frog good to see you too! Basil smells so good, pesto, yum, lovely.

@Former-Member wonderful to find the moments of uplift with places like this around the forum. Good luck with finding energy and inspiration for your vegie patch.

@Shaz51 lovely flowers.

We just have a few pot plants on the balcony, nice ones, mostly succulents. Mostly I see gardens and nature when doing my little local walks. This is one I see a lot around here lately, a fave...

Yes that Counts @TAB I haven't done any Gardening today...

I went to Big Bird Shop & bought a Cockatiel/ Weero.

Maybe he will do some Gardening....

Wanting my Cat Jelly to Cook Meals didn't turn out well - Cats just want to Be Served, they don't want to do any work.

Re: The Community Garden :)

I have pots ready to plant for summer but can't get any veggies/plants yet because of lockdown @Shaz51

I want to plant - basil, tomatoes, baby cucumbers (we had lots last year). I currently have broadbeans growing in a big pot. Lots of flowers so i am assuming they will come out soon!!
