try not to think about to much
i have just been to my appointmant a little ago and it didnt go to bad. but she has given me homework that is going to bring up my past. so im not looking forward to that.
gizmo is alright. he is playing on the table trying to help me type. haha

I often go looking for the dolphins that swim in our river. They are a joy to watch.
I have homework this week from our therapist, but the answer I need to give is not safe in our situation with my hubby present in the room. I have had to try to work out how to say enough to be truthful, but not enough to trigger him to unsafe reactions. Tricky, but I'm working on it ......

These are tough appointments @Bubbles3 because my hubby doesn't know that he is not well. I need support from health professionals to break it to him, but first they need evidence, and that's something he won't tolerate me revealing to them,
We will get there. It's just really hard, but at least I have people listening now. We went for a long time one with his illness getting worse, but not showing to other people.
He needs help, and it will be good when we can get there, not that that will magically solve all the problems.
