@Bubbles3. Yes addiction is hard. Because I'm an alcoholic, I didn't want to just swap alcohol for a prn. So I'm super careful. My psychologist says I'm too cautious. I should use them when needed. But then with my memory - I forget.
Have you spoken to your doctor about your prn use?
Sometimes, we need to take what we can to get through the day. Our lives are not easy.
But only you know if there is an over reliance on your meds.

@TAB. Sometimes those messages need to be avoided for a while, until we are ready to hear them - or have the strength to 'dump' them and not worry about them
