I dont find it hard to talk to people, but i can feel lonely in a room full of people. Emptiness is my most common emotion

My suggestion to take a moment to have a breather was to avoid reacting to what had happened until you were perhaps a little more calm, as I have seen things turn for you when posts and photos have been removed @Bubbles3. That's all.
I'm going to have a break and a breather for a moment myself now.
