i try to talk to people and it jsut feels like i get no where.

I've been meaning to do some housework but haven't yet either @Bubbles3. Have you had a favourite moment of the day today? Something funny your kids did, something Gizmo did that made you smile, a nice cup of coffee maybe?
It's been really sunny today and I am having some kid free time so I went out and about. I got a new tattoo today which was my big thing today.
I saw some photos that look like you might like drawing tattoos yeah?

@Bubbles3 a good cry is never silly. I used to feel great after a good cry (my medication has stopped me from being able to cry ...). In fact my moods are so static I could come face to face with almost any dangerous scenerio and I probably wouldn't blink an eye lid ... my psychiatrist said we have to look into that ... personally I prefer it to how I was before (I have bipolar and am schizoaffective).
So anyway ... getting back to having a good cry ... you have a damn good cry ... it might make you feel a bit better in the long run.

i dont like crying @Bunniekins but yes it does help sometime
i have BPD, anxiety, major depressive disodrer with psychotic features, PTSD, and just recently been dignosed with cluber B personaly disorder

it has BPD in it and antisocial personality disorder, histrinic personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder. it doesnt mean that i have all of them. @Bunniekins
i already know i have BPD but i do think i have antisocial, and narcissistic but not the histrionic

well i already know i have BPD but the cluter b was only dignosed with a few months ago. i dont beleive i have them. i think the psychiatrist did it or said it coz i was angry with him all they time.
so thats what he said i had.
they were just a bunch of **** anyway
i havent gone back since @Bunniekins

@Bubbles3 Fair enough. I am very lucky I have found a great psychiatrist after years of dud ones so yeah I know the feeling.
