Vitamin therapy is interesting. Dad who suffers from schizophrenia told me, that he had blood tests done and he suffers from a lack of one of the B vitamins.

Awww i pray Gizmo is alright. My fluffy has put on a lot of weight, she is over 5 kgs. She is such a good companion. She gives me so much love.

Ya I hope I'm not up with the bats tonight lol or owls. I received some threat and I've been staying up all night on guard lol. I have not been sleeping at night, but sleeping by day, nocturnal now lol.

Just sent an mms of my sweet soft toy unicorn haha. He is a big soft toy and I got him from woolies for just $15. But he is gorgeous. My cat loves snuggling him.

I hope and pray you are well. What are you up to dear shaz. I'm watching Doc Martin tonight i think. Martin Clunes, the Actor is so funny. My Auntie and I often watch shows together. We were watching ' A Touch of Frost' and "Poldark' and ' The Linley Mysteries'. Ya my family are British but I'm Australian. But I lived in England as a child and have dual nationality, which is good haha.

Ya my family are British but a few generations now . I went to cornwall for a 3 week genealogy Holiday afew years ago now

Awww dear Shaz that would be lovely to go on a 3 week genealogy holiday. My Auntie has done genealogy and looked into our ancestry, mostly British. Some of the family were Vikings even lol from Norway I think.

I am now watching 'Air crash investigations'. A bit dramatic and scary. But I don't fly now, my feet are firmly on ' Terra Firma' haha. My family go on cruises sometimes. They have just been to Canada where Prince Harry was for the invictus games.

Actually the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are doing a lot for the cause of mental illness. It should help reduce stigmas.
