This week the Forums celebrated it's 1 year anniversay!

Together as a community we have reached -

- Over 1500 members

- Started 1301 discussions (well 1302 after this post )

- Responded 18,762 times

Above and beyond the numbers, together we have created a place where people feel supported, encouraged and comfortable to share their tough times and achievements.

What a huge achievement!

To mark the occasion, we thought we would start this discussion as a place where you can celebrate other members on their achievements - big or small!

We've had members achieve a variety of things - getting a new jobs, finishing courses and taking steps forward in their mental health. As a group we have supported each other, shown kindness and stood up against adversity.

So here is our new space - a space to celebrate other members for their achievements and give them a big high five!

@CheerBear I'm sorry this pic was nothing like what I had in my brain but I wanted to capture the tiny bit we know about you. I'm really glad you came back to the forum. You've been an inspiration to so many. Sharing the tiny bits of your story that you can have earned huge respect from me with what you are going through too and how you are dealing with it all.

today you posted something which is helping me a bit to move out of my rut. You wrote a long positive post of things you can do and looking at the positives. (The one before the Catt ridiculous post grrr) I read it when I all I could think was 'I can't do this', 'it's time to give up'. Everything in my brain was screaming 'I can't' but you were writing I can and it affected me. As the day as gone on I'm trying harder to find I can. I hope tomorrow my 'I can' grows. Thank you for being a true inspiration.

Thank you so much @Former-Member. That feels like soul medicine to me tonight. You've had such a positive impact on me, particularly while I've been very shaky. Almost this exact time two weeks ago you helped me find the calm I needed to get through something I really doubted I could at the time. You helped me find my can. I really hope your can continues to grow too 💗
