This week the Forums celebrated it's 1 year anniversay!

Together as a community we have reached -

- Over 1500 members

- Started 1301 discussions (well 1302 after this post )

- Responded 18,762 times

Above and beyond the numbers, together we have created a place where people feel supported, encouraged and comfortable to share their tough times and achievements.

What a huge achievement!

To mark the occasion, we thought we would start this discussion as a place where you can celebrate other members on their achievements - big or small!

We've had members achieve a variety of things - getting a new jobs, finishing courses and taking steps forward in their mental health. As a group we have supported each other, shown kindness and stood up against adversity.

So here is our new space - a space to celebrate other members for their achievements and give them a big high five!

It's been a busy week here in the Forums 🙂

Its been a rough sort of day at the back end of a rough sort of week, and I have been feeling a bit teary tonight but managing to keep them at bay - until now ...

Pretty leaky at the moment, but they're happy tears at least.

My mum was something pretty special. She taught me to keep trying to look out, rather than in, when the chips are down, and find ways to give out to others. It can help to ease the pain, and that's working for me right now.

But it's only possible to share compassion with all of you because you stepped up to sharing your stories, and opening up to the forums in the first place, so it's actually taken all of us to make this happen, believe it or not.

Everyone knows that I just take and take on the forums but one thing remains and that is the hope that as I recover I can support others you are a great inspiration.

Thanks @Angels333 I am glad that is helping you 💐 Stay inspired. You have so much to give !

I find all of you so incredibly inspiring, brave hearts. You keep getting up again and again, and that is so important. That's how babies learn to walk, and we must too. It's building an inner strength that will show up later, when the difficulties calm down and you begin to feel like helping others. Aim for that. You will get there.
