@Former-Member I dont know i am supposed to go and buy something for them and then i dont know what to do because i feel like i cant hold on much longer like i am trying so hard but it is so tempting and i just um i need to get out of here and i um it is hard to explain i am just trying to stay alive at this point but i dont even know if i can do that.

Okay @Eden1919 it seems like you are very overwhelmed with a lot of thoughts at the moment, try calling someone to talk through them to bring some calm back even if it's for 5 minutes, it is worth a try if you are struggling to stay alive this morning:

@Former-Member I was thinking about calling my caseworker but then i dont know because what if it is not serious enough and what if i am just bothering them and i dont know also i dont know what to say because if i say one thing then another might also come out and i cant say it all because the demons might hear and um ugh i cant do this i am trying so hard but i just i need to get away i cant i have so much to do but everything is pulling at me and i cant make it stop and i want to scream and i cant even speak peoperly right now and i have ruined everything and i cant do this.

I am really sorry that I did not see this thread before now.

I have had a crisis in the last few weeks and been with the CATT team and not read as many posts as I often do.

I hope that you somehow managed to get through the night and get some sleep.

I noticed you even were generous and cheered @utopia for her important win but that people have been overwhelmed themselves to be able to give a you a lot of support.

Please Please @Eden1919 I love your gorgeous little pic. I hope you have found some help.
