I am not completely sure how the forums work

do you have to reply to someone's post to make a comment ? Or how do you simply make a post

We have had some nice weather too! At least its above 11 degrees for a change! my daughter wanted to wear her dress to school last week lol. We have had a lovely relaxing morning not doing anything! love sundays!
