As our @Shaz51 says, sending gentle knowing thoughts your way @Former-Member .
I found it helpful to give myself permission to enjoy things for a season and not to feel any guilt or obligation to keep something once that season had passed.
Is there something that you can see that you once enjoyed but feel that it could now be passed on to someone else to enjoy?
