Good for you @Former-Member. Bet the dog enjoyed the walk - sniffing and peeing as they do. Did you take just the one or both?
Isn't the neighbour who is a bother but the landlady. I leased this place through a real estate agent but the landlady is such a tight arse and won't fix anything or spend any money on the property. May have to look around for somewhere else next time the lease is up for renewal.
Getting my son to pick up some bags of mulch tomorrow to put in the garden so the pooch doesn't drag too much dirt about the place. She likes to fossick in amongst the trees and we have wet weather predicted this coming week.
