I can see that you have been trying to voice what you have been feeling @Bubbles3 Can you try to state 3 feelings that are most prominent for you right now - nothing else - just write three words. They can be the first ones that come to mind or the three that you are struggling with the most atm.

You feel like the devil is controlling you,

you hate feeling like this,

you are angry that nothing seems to change/shift for you,

You feel like you are all on your own with no support,

And everything is getting you down!

Is that about right?

Great - not great that you feel like this because that sucks - but great that we can now put your feelings into words that you can use yourself to describe how you are feeling @Bubbles3 You are actually doing a really amazing job just by being able to state those emotions - now we have away you can write how you are feeling without potentially breaching any guidelines - I am very impressed @Bubbles3

I have pretty much sat or layed on the couch all day. It is so cold here the icicles have icicles on them What is the weather like where you are?
