I am really struggling atm, I can't seem to find the words to explain what is happening. I am still waiting to hear back from the private hospital about a hospital admission and now I need urgent repairs to the house. That is going to be tressful waiting for the repairs but it needs to be done.
I am over the constant anxiety, fear and loss of energy. I am just need help & support.

Its lovely to hear from you too. I am hoping I can improve more.
The MRI and spect brain scan was checked by specialist (psychiatrist) from memory clinic but I think it should be checked by a neurologist. I discussed this with my psychiatrist today and he agrees with me that it should be reviewed by a neurologist. I am not going to think too much into until I see the specialist.
Can I ask you a question - I need some advice-guidance?

keep telling her your side of things, write it down even so that she has to read it completely and take the time to 'hear' it. if its not working for you keep letting her know 😞
