I recently read about the 365 Project that was started by someone who was having difficulty with depression I think.. she took a photo everyday for a year of something that she was grateful for/enjoyed etc
I was wondering if we could do something like that on here, share a picture/ describe something... about something that we are grateful for each day with a little comment.. for instance

If you go back to the Sane Home page @Bubbles3, and click on Lived Experience Forum you will find a set of discussion topics coming up ..... one of these is "Enjoying Time With Others" and you will find both 365 Project and Feel Good Moments under it there somewhere. You will find that location at the top of this page if you scroll up.
You can also type these titles into the Search Bar, or even just one of the title words if you can't remember them all, and suggestions will be offered in response.
If you type in Quotes there are a couple of fun threads with positive quotes posted in them. If you're an animal-lover you can type in Cats or Dogs or Birds or Pets and see what you find.

My daughter had dancing all afternoon but I just sat in the car. I just couldn't deal with other people and their chit chat. Struggling a bit so going to my happy place.
