Really wobbly

Any advice and suggestions about how to stay grounded and do self care much appreciated. I have some big stressors in my life right now. That combined with Bipolar 1 and Anxiety is really knocking me around. Trying to sell home as result of marriage breakdown, pay debts, find new home. My daughter (who is my main support) is leaving home (can't blame her). I have a young son to look after and I'm trying to protect him from the strain of the situation. All this is coming off the back of a mixed episode, which has recently been replaced by plumetting mood and skyrocketing anxiety. I am teary and on the verge of panic and need to talk myself down - there's noone else to do it. The future is scaring me.

Like a lot of people, I'm in an extremely hot place today, 43 atm. That's not good, but I'm coping ok. What I'm not coping with is that my best friend is a stones throw from a fire. I can see it on the map and they have been in touch. I am actually tossing up whether to use prns to just zone out. I haven't had this sort of breathtaking anxiety in a long time.

Thinking of you @frog . It’s just horrendous. Spent half the night glued to the fire service updates too. I’m not in danger but I know of others who were.

I think a prn might be the way to go too. I’ve been thinking about how much anxiety it’s creating for me too. I also saw some Facebook posts of people who said they need to tune out for a bit as it’s impacting their mental health. Thinking of you and sending calming hugs 🤗
