Really wobbly

Really wobbly

Any advice and suggestions about how to stay grounded and do self care much appreciated. I have some big stressors in my life right now. That combined with Bipolar 1 and Anxiety is really knocking me around. Trying to sell home as result of marriage breakdown, pay debts, find new home. My daughter (who is my main support) is leaving home (can't blame her). I have a young son to look after and I'm trying to protect him from the strain of the situation. All this is coming off the back of a mixed episode, which has recently been replaced by plumetting mood and skyrocketing anxiety. I am teary and on the verge of panic and need to talk myself down - there's noone else to do it. The future is scaring me.

Hey @Adge @Shaz51 and friends

I'm ok. Have had a rough week, but a better day today.

I looked after my daughter after she had her wisdom teeth out. I think the surgeon must be very good, because there is a lot less swelling that there was for me, and she is coping as well as could be expected.

How are you going?

Hey @Adge your baby Java Finches are so lovely; happy for you.

@Bunniekins you might already know but the big supermarket starting with W near me has finally got with the program and has a plant based protein section! I was searching and searching for the sausages in their usual place next to the tofu and found that they had moved to their own section with an array of other goodies. This is going to make my shopping so much easier and better!

@frog Hey frog lolz I love how you worded your post so carefully :D. Yes I did hear. I get my shopping delivered and now I dont get any plastic bags at all even for toiletries etc. It is a wonderful system. These nice W fellas come in and unpack every thing for me for an extra $2 which is nothing :).
