feeling energized

I am feeling a strange sense of energy that has come upon me today i feel pressured like i need to be doing things and i feel like i can fix things like i need to fix things. like weirdly powerful it doesnt exactly feel bad i just feel like i cant settle in a way. and everything feels idk like i just have a lot of ideas going around and i think maybe something speical is going to happen but i dont knoow what it is really hard to explain. anyway i hope this lasts and i hope the depression has finally lifted.

Happy to hear you are/were in what sounds like a positive space. It sounds like you may be feeling it is/was a little out of the ordinary, but that you are not nessecarily unwelcome to it.

@Former-Member I am feeling weird today it is not a good weird though i just feel really irritable and i want to scream at everyone.

Sometimes we have those days that are strange in a bad way, where we are extra irritable. It can be tough to sit through. How are you feeling today?
