@outlander I finished my night shifts this morning and I felt realy good about getting through them. Came home had a sleep then when I woke up I just couldent get up. So I made a list of things I needed to get done today and made myself get up and start doing them. I took my daughter out and got some lunch then I picked my son up from TAFE and thats about it at the moment. I am feeling for you I like to chat with you so I feel bad for you when you are down I hope that makes sence what have you been up to

Good on you for still getting up and doing the things you needed to do @Ant7 Aww i like chatting with you too and it makes sense Well i havrnt done too much. I went for a short walk and fed my horse but nothing else other than that nothing. Ive been watching big bang therory. Folded some clothes and put them away but thats it

@outlander that's good you have been doing some things. I had plans to go for a ride when I woke up but I just couldn't o well maybe tomorrow. I am happy with my self I just made my appointment for seeing my Dr for tomorrow so that's good now I just have to get there and talk. I am going to try to get to yoga tonight. What are you up to for the rest of the day

Been a crappy day @outlander but -- my fitness gear arrived in the mail today! I know, they say materialistic things don't buy happiness, but sometimes it's great to do some retail therapy. To just concentrate on something else for a while. I have tried them on and they fit perfectly, except the shirt I got.. I tried to order up sizes as everyone said they fitted smaller in the reviews.

Yeah im about to go do my horse again its suppose to rain tomorrow so gotta go rerug her @Ant7 Im glad you made a gp appointment. Ive got mine tomorrow too. The rest of the night im hoping to keep calm and be able to sleep
