I had a gain in weight from antidepressants tooo.. and I couldn't understand what was going on! I used to be anorexic only a few years ago at a mere 43kgs for someone who is 5"9 - then it changed to eating too much and with the combination of medications - it made weight gain much more significant.

@TAB i clean horse paddocks daily and walk at least 5ks a dsy because of catching horses putting them back just a general walk and through the day im busy and doinv house work. Looks like ill have to get the exercise bike out and do another hour morning and night!

That really really really suckss 😞 It's kinda frustratong at times the wait time.. Thats why I usually try to connect straight at 8am when having a bad day.. Not many connect at that time @outlander

Must be hard on body @Former-Member yeah haven't been ok with my weight last 4 years peaked 2 yrs ago but still too much
