Anyone feel like chatting?

@TAB Hope you feel better soon. Lots of bugs floating around at the moment. I think being on a farm I miss getting these bugs, I’m not around enough

people to catch anything usually. I’ve been keeping a bit of a low profile lately. I’ve been feeling pretty low, the anxiety has been terrible and I just don’t want to be around people at the moment.

I'm probably being over sensitive @Razzle its only been like that last few hours

yeah I spend most of my time alone and or indoors if I'm honest I guess if I'm down or not its hard to see the difference from the outside

Anyway. anything in particular bothering you? Sometimes thing can just get a life of their own I guess

@TAB Lots of things bothering me at the moment. We have a new grandchild, our first and the mother is making it impossible for us to see the baby. It kind of blew up last weekend, and once again my husband who wouldn’t support me if his life depended on it jumped to the defense of her family who have been treating myself and him like shit for months now. I confided in my councellor, the first person I ever spoke to about my CSA and who I trusted entirely and his response was to make excuses for my husband. There’s too much going on now and no one to sort through it with me. I get very tired of wearing the mask, pretending everything is fine when I’d rather be dead than feel like this. Oh, and that was just a figure of speech, it’s just a very lonely world when there is no one to turn to

that's pretty rough @Razzle perhaps you could see someone else? yeah not a good feeling to think the world is against you or that everyone else sees things differently somehow

@TAB @outlander Changing councellors isn’t that easy. I’m from a very small rural community, there isn’t a whole lot to choose from out here. As it was, I was on a wait list for 3 or 4 months just to see him. And to be totally honest, I don’t think I could go through all this again. It was months and months before I could even tell him my whole story, and now I feel like I wished I’d never said anything. I don’t think I could trust anyone ever again.

yeah probably in a similar situation re waiting lists and country whenever I think of counsellors I tell myself waiting lists well there are for most things here. @Razzle I just meant someone to talk to. are you going to see them again?
