Hi @Shaz51, that cuppa looks delicious. I’m contemplating trying to eat something, had a massive panic attack and crying fit a couple of hours ago and can’t seem to face food at the moment. Maybe a soothing cup of tea will be the go

@Razzle, have you tried chamomile Tea , I find that helps sometimes

also having green tea is good too

@Shaz51 I haven’t got much to choose from here, Lipton tea bag’s are all I have. Still feeling pretty yuck, I don’t think I’d even keep that down at the moment. Hopefully I’ll sleep a bit better tonight and feel better tomorrow, it’s just not been a great day.
