I'm the only one here at the moment Matthew, I haven't met you before so many new members now. Nice to meet you, Anxiety is very serious, I get it myself & I hate it. Sometimes changing our lifestyle, & choices we make can help to keep Anxiety under control. Relaxation, healthy eating, & eliminating triggers, & bad habits help to alleviate Anxiety on occasion, from my experience.

Yep @Matthew - anxiety does suck - very seriously. It will get better. Sometimes we have to change our way of thinking - not easy to do.

@LFS - I'm around. Anything troubling you in particular at the moment or is it a bit of loneliness?

@soulI often feel lonely and someone who I have liked a lot is now full blown harrassing me.

No not really, as I have already talked a lot to them about what is going on and they don't really want to know @soul

If that's the case @LFS, perhaps it's best to leave it alone. Don't interact with them and try not to let them see that their behaviour is bothering you. Is that possible?i
