I live about half an hour from the beach and I lierally never go. Swimming is definitely really good exercise though. One of my favorite things to do is to go walking and just look at things.

I love walking @Matthew. Usually do an hour in the morning when I get out of bed. I borrow my next door neighbour's dog since mine passed away earlier this year. I often take a photo or two of interesting things I see along the way. Having a dog in tow means there are frequently stops and starts and a bit of conversation with other dog owners.

Walking definitely is my way of keeping my mind off of sensations I am feeling. I actually like looking at old houses. I have a golden retriever but I don’t take him usually as he is super lazy and slow. He is a good dog though. I seriously miss how I used to be. I used to be so care free and funny. Now I am always in my head. Walking is super fun though.

How's it going?

Over the heat @MDT and it's not even summer yet. Chilling in the air con. We must have been tough in the old days. Either that or global warming is to blame. Poland sounds like an attractive alternative. How are things at your end?

@Matthew - yeah, sometimes a dog can slow you down. Do you listen to music when you walk? I usually do in the burbs to drown out the traffic.

Hey@Hamsolo01
How are you doing? It has been quite the day for me I must say.

lol i think it's both people being tougher back in the old days and also global warming @soul

Things are okay. Tomorrow I'm providing a witness statement for something i saw the other day. Can't say too much. Should be smooth though.

Hi @Matthew @MDT @soul.

I love walking, and looking around at curious things as I go ..... lots of shop windows on my path these days ..... but many of them are beautiful old-fashioned windows .....

So after the doctor told me I was fine I started Dr googling my symptoms and things have gone down hill. My wife suggested I try an inpatient program and I am starting to actually consider it. This site is helpful. I need to figure this out because it is literally destroying my marriage. I actually thought this morning that it would be better if I wasn’t around. I am not this person..... I am really struggling. I just fear death soooooo much. I have low blood pressure, a low athletic heart rate and I feel like I am constantly dying. I am hoping medication will help but medication seems to make my symptoms worse. Thank you for your concern.
