@Nic1963 .... I am the same tonight after an awkward evening out with my hubby.and kids. Trying to get it out of my head, but I feel bruised emotionally. The incident itself is not such a huge deal in isolation, but it’s a reminder of what we are up against.

Have you tried some warm milk with honey and cinnamon ? I might try that now. Just making it gives me something to do to break up the swirling thoughts.

Crossed paths with my son in the lounge room .... also struggling to sleep. It’s a more regular issue for him, and he’s on AD’s.

I am reading fluffy stuff on the Internet, distracting myself.

@Faith-and-Hope ah what a pain for him too! I was on sleeping tablets for a long time but my recent admission the doctors took me off them as they were giving me a bad reaction with these other meds and put me on medication for nightmares. I got my medication in the end last night and finally got some sleep! Hope you went alright .
