hi @Former-Member ive hesitated to say anything as i didnt want to upset you either. the pic you posted before, did trigger me quite alot due to the nature of it (dogs looking vicious) even though i know it wasnt your intention. im not upset with you or angry with you because i know it wasnt posted with bad intentions. triggers happen all the time here and i wouldnt and dont expect anyone to keep up with what triggers me etc so this was just one of those times it was unexpected.

please know this post does come from a good place and like you id want to know if id said/done something to upset you so wanted to be honest with you for the sake of our friendship too.

Even on a light chat thread it can be hard to please everybody, especially here on the forum where we only see part of what goes on for members.

Sayings and overgeneralisations can also offend and exclude. Humour can be so healing but also tricky and I am still working at it.

I never saw the "joke post" @Bella, but know the feeling of being put down for good intentions.

But many positive posts and relationships built up over time do matter and should IMO be taken into consideration. We do not want to be too afraid to post for fear of triggering that we cannot relax.It is the conversation and motivations that make all the difference. Take care ALL

Here's to moving forward. I think we are all mature enough to know that we don't seek to offend others on here. Hard to do in a place where people share a lot but again, as you said.
