@Wanderer you can call gp sweet pea she would like that 🙂 57 hours on the tractor!!!! farming is such hard work ... my ex was a farm boy and just couldnt stay on the farm and it was sold when his parents couldnt handle the strain of it any more. Townies now. Such hard work I dont think many people actually realise that.

Hello @Shaz51 apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Restless night meant I slept very late. How are you? I hope you are doing okay enough and can enjoy rest and relaxation time in your beautiful garden!

Thank you @Wanderer, hope you're doing better soon too. I'm tired today, another not so good night of broken sleep. I spent a couple of hours last night making crepes to freeze to use up some extra milk that was short dated and over extended my back with the efforts. Such simple things that sometimes cause so much problem.

But, I am glad not to have had to waste the extra milk. I now have many serves of both Pikelets and Crepes in the freezer now for later snacks, meals or desserts. Sometimes I have the strangest notions and push myself to do them. But, I am very pleased at the end that I did get done what I had planned to get done.

Had some as a reward with lemon juice and a pinch of sugar, when I was finished as the timing fitted with my next snack time. YUM.
