I've had badly disrupted sleep every night, for over a week.

So I've been even more tired than usual, during the day (nearly every day).

I cannot have naps or daytime sleeps at all anymore, like I used to years ago. I just don't nod off at all.

I did a long breathing meditation (eyes closed) this afternoon, & that helped.

I went out with my daughter to coffee and then my wonderful ex came up for a visit (and I do mean wonderful he is a great guy). Just enjoyed a beautiful sunny Autumn day 🙂
