@Teej pretty quiet I went to yoga with my wife this morning then shopping then I had a nap and now I’m at work.

I had a pretty good day by my standards @Ant7 but I'm just caught up in my head now. I didn't do much. The day went so quickly though. Think the highlight was I cooked some yummy home made pizzas. Have you much happening for the weekend?

@Teej pizza mmm my favourite. I have night shift all weekend unfortunately but I have 4 days off next week.

I should be going to watch my sons play football (they're young adults) but I've been struggling a bit and anxiety is a bit high @Ant7. Maybe next week. They've been getting in the best players and I'm a bit superstitious that if I go their games will drop off 😳 Youngest has torn his acl and is out for the year 😔. I might go out with mum, otherwise it's just shopping and basic stuff.

Does work go quickly for you?

@Teej tonight has been not too bad had a big job on straight up but it went smooth and I think that helps make the time go.
I have been struggling a bit over the last week or two to just getting in my head about silly stuff
